Acquisition Criteria: Office, Industrial and/or Retail

Atlanta Leasing & Investment seeks to acquire office, industrial and/or retail properties that fit some or all of the following criteria:

1. 4,000 to 50,000 SF

2. $1 million to $10 million.

3. Class A and B properties.

4. Existing debt or all cash.

5. Properties that need repositioning / lease-up.

6. Individual assets or portfolios.

7. Metro Atlanta, specifically, inside I-285 and just outside I-285 in areas north of I-20.

8. Preferably at major transportation corridors and/or within proximity to developed public transportation networks

Submissions. Detailed submissions, to be sent electronically, should include: property description, site plan, detailed rent roll, historical (3 years) and current operating statements, photographs, tenant history, tenant financial information, competition information and map, and demographic report.
